(1) The personal information provided in the application form will be used to confirm eligibility and for various communications related to the event. In addition, name, date of birth, affiliation, competition results, competition history, photographs, etc. may be published in the program, communique , etc., and other information may be provided to newspapers and other media outlets for publication in the media.

(2) The organizer retains the right of portrait in this competition. If you wish to use the recorded images or videos for any public purpose other than public reporting purposes without submitting application for coverage, you must obtain permission from the organizers.

(3) The organizers may decide to shorten the competition distance or cancel the event if they deem it difficult to ensure safety due to inclement weather or other reasons. In such cases, the entry fee will not be refunded.

(1) 参加申込書に記載された個人情報は、資格の確認及び大会に係る諸連絡を行うほか、氏名、生年月日、所属、 競技成績、競技歴、写真などをプログラム、コミュニケ等で掲載する等、新聞社などマスコミ関係各社に情報を提供し、 新聞等メディアに掲載される場合がある。

(2) 本大会における肖像権は主催者に帰属される。取材申請の提出なく収録した画像・映像を公共報道目的外で 公開使用する場合、主催者の許諾を得ること。

(3) 荒天、その他の理由により安全確保が難しいと主催者が判断した時は、競技距離の短縮、大会の中止を決定 することがありうる。その場合、参加費は返納されない。
